“Our order came very quickly! The only thing is I wish we could return unused books”

“Placed an order. Received an Order Confirmation. Bank was charged $300. Never received Shipping Confirmation. Never receive the order. Sent multiple emails requesting information regarding the order, or a refund. Never received a response.”

Hi Melissa, so sorry to hear about your experience and lack of communication on our part. I looked into the order and it seems the shipment was returned to the publisher, at which point, you should have received a full refund. I've processed the refund and will ask if the books are still available, in case you would like them. “The customer service is good. Leadership Academy of Nevada is happy to have done business with you. The only thing is that it's a bummer that the book we wanted is not in stock anywhere we tried to order it from. We chose another book for the next coming school year.”

“I like the services provided by BulkBooks. I have ordered over a dozen times in the last 2 years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I'd like easier access to the login link and the search box should be visible on all pages. Sometimes I have to go back to the home page to find it.”
