Good morning, Stephanie. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive updates through the processing/shipping of your order. You should have received a confirmation email at purchase, then another email with the tracking details once the order shipped. I do show that the tracking was entered (https://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track?track=yes&trackNums=1Z2707730376221121&requester=ST/trackdetails) and the books were delivered on the requested Jan. 24 delivery date.
