“I have used bulk books a couple of times to fulfill a church wide book study order to sell in our bookstore. They were able to get the books at a good price with free delivery. Their customer service is outstanding and I will definitely use them again.”

“I had previously given a bad review, but have since had a great experience. Bobby James was very helpful and fixed alllllll my problems, I really appreciate his attention to this problem. LESS than 1 star!!! SCAM!!! Horrible customer service. This is a horrible company to do business with. I ordered a study guide and they have refused to sell it to me for the price advertised.”

Upon reviewing your order, I learned that the standard Study guide and Study guide with the DVD were listed under the same product description. “The books arrived quickly, and in good shape. However, the original book I ordered was replaced by another eddition of the same book with a different, less attractive cover without my consent (and with students, covers are important). Additionally, I ordered 30 books, I was sent 25, and had to write and email requesting the remaining books.”

“Nonexistent support after placing the order. Order was SUPER late. No agent could tell the status of the order when contacted twice. Three times after that, nobody ever responded to my chat/email query. It felt like everyone has quit or got fired from bulkbooks. I even contacted my credit card to see if I need to dispute the charge for non-delivery.”

Hi Meena, Thank you for your review. So sorry to hear of the delayed shipment and lack of communication. In checking the order, it looks like the book ordered was a print-on-demand title and we were assured delivery by the 1/16 requested delivery date. It looks like our customer service reps checked in on 1/12 and 1/15 for tracking and updates. We finally heard back later on 1/15 that the books were still being printed. They then shipped on 1/18. If none of this was communicated, then I sincerely apologize as you should have been notified every step of the way. If you don't mind, could you please let me know which number and/or email address you attempted us at? I want to make sure we get this resolved so it does not happen again. If you decide to give us another chance (and I hope that you do), please reach out to me directly when you're ready to order books so that I can personally see your order through, as well as provide our best discounts possible.
