“I was quite surprised that the online order asked me if I wanted my order delivered on the 21st or 22nd. I marked the 21st. I just got an email stating that my order would be delivered the 26th. Since the event was scheduled for the 23rd it didn't work for us.”

Hi Lori, Thank you for posting your review. Very sorry to hear that the books will not make it in time for your event. The calendar at checkout defaults to 7 business days from the day of your order so that customers cannot select anything prior to that date, as it may require expedited shipping. In your case, unfortunately, the publisher shipped the books to our warehouse first, rather than directly to you. We got them shipped back out, but you should have been contacted before so we could double-check your delivery date. I'm very sorry that this did not happen. If the books can no longer be used, please let me know and we will provide return shipping labels and issue a full refund once received. “Bulkbooks.com is usually trouble free but my most recent order was less than satisfactory. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my order. Then it was promised an expedited delivery that did not arrive as expected and they also could not fulfill my entire order leaving me 40 books short. I'm a very sad customer”
