“I ordered one suit from them . Price is rs 4500 and it look like rs 500 . Omg the duppta so cheap quality. I wore once and the dupptta is tear off. So sad reality and anarkali shirt is so badly stiched . I don't like it at all. The pictures and videos are so different from reality. Please don't play with people money. It is not good at all . Keep the product atleast near the price. If product is 4500 rs then please use better material. They just send free products to famous people so that we order from them . Their suit cloth bleed colors and color spread from dark shade side to lighter shade side. They say that exchange is possible only in 48 hours from receiving. “Pathetic customer care as no one picks calls. The product arrived 20 days later which is ridicules as it was not custom made! Their refund policy is horrible where you can only exchange the given product. The quality is also bad and I saw smoothing on the site for 3000 where it was available for just 695 on Amazon. “Delivery taking forever. Queried with business as did not get any delivery notification even after 15 days of order. They mentioned the order has still not been shipped and so I asked for refund as I would miss the occasion for me to be able to wear the clothes. Kept getting generic reply for email with nothing about refund. Called instead. They mentioned cannot provide a refund even if the products have not been shipped? Also no news on delivery yet. If you want to order from here, order it at least 2 months before you need it. Also, the money I am paying does not justify the customer service and quality of products. “I was gifted a prestitched saree from the Bunaai Phool collection. It was with great excitement and expectations that she got it for me for her wedding function.
First, the delivery was delayed.
Second, the packaging was horrible to say the least. The saree was stuffed in a clear plastic cover and sent.
Third, lace and latkan quality was sub par. The saree looked so elegant in the picture. But in real the colours were jarring and the print was ugly.
Fourth, the organza material and gota lace was so itchy I had rashes all over from where the material and lace came in contact with my skin in just the few minutes that I wore it to check the size.
Fifth, the company point blank refused to exchange the saree.
Sixth, the review I posted on their website didn't get published at all.

Google reviews of your company are all negative. Ppl don't get their order and one which are received are very cheap and poor quality material. Still there is no one to answer calls. “This is the worst brand experience. The color of product delivered does not at all match the description. I ordered for a pastel pink kurta and got a neon pink instead. And when I asked for the return/exchange, they said they don’t have that policy and stopped responding to my mail. Very poor customer service, and also cheap material according to the price they’re charging. IN ALL THE WORST EXPERIENCE, not recommended to anybody.”
