When I called the customer care and tried to explain them they simply denied to do the refund or give a better solution. It has the worst rules and policies. Recently they placed a return order on COD for me because of which I was asked to repay the amount again for the product. The customer service team is misleading and in my case they did not refund my money for as long as 1.5 months and it is still not complete.

“If i could give 0 rating i would have given that. I have never submitted negative feedback for any shopping site ever but this is just so so so disappointing. The customer service is very bad and it's just painful to contact them on the numbers mentioned. Also email response is extremely delayed. I ordered my dress almost a month back but still havent received. I keep following up with no one answers call...after trying so much n connecting they give false commitments. And after a month they are saying that they can initiate refund. This is just not done..i want the dress urgently otherwise i would hv cancelled. Seriously have never experienced such a bad service. This is my first n last purchase from Bunaai. I hope atleast i get the dress after waiting for a month. They keep sending so many promotional emails and also wen a product is added to your cart to complete the purchase but trust me wen you made the purchase then things are taken for granted. I had ordered my dress on 9th of Feb but havent got .. its not yet dispatched still in production. I dont understand how one dress peoduction can take so much time. They just dont stick to their deadline and its so so harassing and depressing. I am disappointed and annoyed like hell. Worst experience.”

I have ordered one suit set from bunaai and the product got few dyi stains on it, so i have requested bunaai customer care team to return the suit set which I delivered it back to them on my own delivery cost last week and on Request several times I have mentioned over mail that I don't need the same product back kindly issue the credit note or refund the amount but without any information back to me bunaai team has processed the delivery
on complaining to their customer care their executives who receives the call doesn't talk properly and disconnected the call twice between the conversation

They opened all three garments till the maximum to fulfill the other. So in essence they took a smaller size and then opened that up to the maximum to sell it. I have never experienced this with any other store at all. The owner Pari Chaudhary has such a bad attitude. She has a don’t care attitude when you complain to her she doesn’t bother to respond and she isn’t apologetic at all she just blamed the tailor. Even though they claim it’s a 3XL.
It is not a 3XL they lie to the customer and they don’t want to refund you at all. The material looks so bad in comparison to the website.”
