“I want to give this website a Zero Star , if there was an option of the same. I got a size small and wanted to replace the same. The policies of this website are not at all feasible for the customers. As per thier customer care ifyou wish to seek a replacement or exchange policy, you have to send the stuff through your own courier and Bunai wont send their boy for the same. This is the first time i am seeing an online website where customer has been asked to send the parcel and bear all the delivery charges on their own. First their stuff is expensive and second in case you wish to change the stuff they are not at all co operative unlike myntra or Amazon. I would definitely not recommend this website to anyone as it is not at all customer centric. In case you have bought the piece, you will be struggling a lot to get it exchanged. Worst experience.”

“I ordered 2 dresses in month of September but I recieved only 1 dress in October and I cancelled my 2nd dress as it was not yet ready.It took 1 month and above to deliver only one dress.So I am disappointed with their delivery process.”

“You try calling them their mobile is switched off. If u take any discounted item there is no exchange policy in that condition. So the dress becomes useless for you. I got the larger size I wanted to get a smaller they didn't do the needful. I think one should not order from them, many other online shopping sites have better policy then them.”
