They dont respond on mail and all their customer contact numbers are switched off. I live outside India and need my articles asap before leaving but there is nowhere I can contact them. I have left several mails and tried to call Bunnai thousand times but there is no response. I have not faced so much problem with any company before. Its the worst where I dont know whats happening.”

“I had the same issue as customer Natasha Jan. This was my first time shopping at Bunaai. The designs looked so fabulous! Since I've had a problem with the wrong sizes being delivered by other sites, I carefully picked size L, assuming that I could always have it altered in case the clothes were too big. After placing the order, I did not recieve any delivery update for over 10 days! It was only after emailing them my concern, they replied saying it would be dispatched in a week or so. Finally my delivery arrived. Although the clothes looked really good, they were two sizes smaller than L! At first I was shocked (and thought I got too fat). I checked with an inch tape and found the stitching to be for two sizes smaller! Was really upset as I had ordered so many things in bulk. Upon sending them another email, requesting an exchange of sizes, I got a very curt reply asking me to check the exchange policy. Although I am in total agreement of their terms and conditions, I think it is very unprofessional to sell wrongly sized clothes and insist that i must be mistaken. Found them to be unprofessional and not likely to help or address any concerns. Sorry guys, your stuff looks great, but you really didn't send me size L. clothes. I would've even paid extra to have them exchanged but your reply was so rude and off putting. Never buying again”

I ordered a jumpsuit which wasn’t the way it looked in the pic. In description it was written munga silk, wherein it is pure satin. Didn’t like the fabric at all. Thumbs down! Won’t buy again”
“The first day, I asked them to cancel an order and they did pretty immediately. However when I made the next order, the staff canceled it even though I emailed them to process it. I don't know if they even bothered to read the email or not.”
