Wrong size is mentioned in the size chart while exchanging they are taking reverse pick up charge and shipping charge.. Shipping is very poor, provides delivery taking more than a month.. Fake customer care members do not know how to solve problems murmuring same words every time.. Fraud site.. This site should be banned. Please do not buy anything from here.. You will make a huge loss if u buy.. Trust me.. I have all the proofs and screenshots and call recordings. They are nonsense..No bunaai tags or price tags are there in the product.. Just nonsense..”

Their customer number is always busy and the customer service on mail is just sending mails like sorry we don't do exchange after 48 hours even if the size doesn't fit.”

“Absolutely disappointed! The customer care sucks. I am an ardent online shopping fan, but this experience has pulled me back from buying anything from bunaai. I was out of town when the order came in and hence got to try the outfit only after a week. I understand that there is a 2 day window given for exchange, however what can one do when she is travelling! Even though the measurements are given online, the first order always gives a sense of the styling and the fit. However, they never paid a heed constantly mentioning about their policy.
