They have a really bad return policy where they won't accept return of the product for different size and their customer care is pathetic responding to you with template response not even bothered to explain or change their statement. The fabric I got was of very low quality and was nothing like the picture. Never ever going to buy from them and will never suggest such money mongering business to anyone t”
“I have had the worst experience with bunaai. Firstly they don’t allow any exchanges on the garments and have the shittiest policy of not even exchanging the dress for a size of its purchased on sale.
On top of it their customer care executive disconnected my call. Their company is okay to lose the customers but not exchange any garment for a size. They did not even respond to my emails on time.
Even if we got some discount, but we still paid the money which they don’t consider at all.
I am highly highly disappointed in them and NEVER GONNA BUY AGAIN. Passing on the same message to my folks too.”

“I have bought from bunaai many many times and I live their designs but their quality is one of the worst. I have received wrong sized pants with a right sized kurta, substandard cloth that tore after the first use, and zippers that never work. For a long time I was willing to pay the prize for the designs. But not anymore. There are many shops now selling better designs. Unless team bunaai understands they are dispensable in a competitive business, they will quickly run out of business.”
