“Absolutely awful. Sent a friend flowers and when she showed them to me I nearly died. I paid over £30 for a bunch of flowers that I could have bought from any supermarket for £3.00 59 £5.00! Never again. I was so embarrassed!”

“Receiving a rude response to my feedback and complaint was not acceptable. It took 5 days for my item which is not stated on the website. Nothing was explained as to why. Such a poor response to my complaint”

“Flowers were ordered for a funeral. Did not arrive after 3 days. Told I should check with the recipient if they had arrived. When I rang and said they hadn't, he suggested sending them again. Funeral service had already taken place. So NO, not acceptable. Money would be refunded in 5 - 7 days. I would be given £5 towards my NEXT order. DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ordering from them again. Bitterly disappointed.”
