“Dan was great, very patient and went through things as much as I felt I needed to before making a definite decision. I part exchange my old car and felt that I was given a good price for my vehicle. All staff where welcoming and made sure you were comfortable offering drinks and checking you were ok.”

“From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted and introduced to Ben who then looked after us. He understood what we were looking for and guided us through the various car options. Arranged the test drive and we appreciated that we could get a good feel for the car and make an informed decision. At no time during the whole sale did we feel pressurised, which has occurred at some dealerships we have dealt with over the years. The day after we got the car, a Saturday, we were trying to set up Android auto and had the ignition on for a long time, our fault, but the car would not then start. A quick phone call to you pointed out the error of our ways, which we were able to rectify quickly. The more impressive thing was the call back on Monday morning to see if we had got the car started OK . From start to finish we have been very pleased with the service we have enjoyed with Burrows and hope that it is a foretaste of future dealings.”
