“From start to finish I have had excellent communication from the worker who dealt with sorting out the car for me,I know there was a delay in getting the car to me,this was explained why, but apart from this all has been good”

“Very unhappy with the services, there is no communication between staff, no one knows how to deal with customers. I think that will be my first and last purchase with Toyota and will not recommend it to anyone”

Hi Miss Khawar, we have checked with the team at Sheffield and can see that they have been trying to contact you. We understand that all your queries related to the various safety features fitted to your car that bleep with warnings such as lane departure, speed, safety cameras etc. These features can be disabled and we understand that the team have already advised you of this and offered to carry this out for you is you wish. “Burrows was our 3rd garage to visit looking for a new car and from the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. We were treated with great respect and guided through the process and each car we picked was explained to us without being patronised. We had a delay on receiving our car but was kept up to date throughout. Connor Watkinson was the member of staff who dealt with us and he was absolutely brilliant and if he didn’t know anything he would go and find out from other staff members. Would definitely recommend Burrows to family and friends. 5 star ⭐️ service”

“cars good but i noticed the drivers front disc was scarred and making some slight noise on the test drive ! did mentioned it . with all the checks i thought it would be replaced ? regards Jerzy (George)”

“Brilliant service from start to finish when buying my new car. Tracey Groom dealt with any questions I had, she couldn’t offer a test drive because they didn’t have an automatic. I was kept informed regarding delivery of my new car all the way until collection, first class service”

“Very smooth transaction abigail was very professional warm and curtious throughout the whole process. Keeping me informed on the transaction from start to finish. Smooth hand over really impressed with nearly a full drive away tank of petrol and swooping my private plates would recommend and do reccomend to alm my friends and family”

“This is the third car we have bought from Burrows Sheffield and have always had a great service from them at the time of buying a car and at car servicing time. The salesmen on each occasion was David Jessop who helped us get to the budget we had, advised us of Mazda offers and kept us informed at all stages via email and telephone. Thank You”
