“Great costumer service , ordered a new CHR GR sport i really dislike the usual car sale game playing but burrows seems to do things a bit different on my recent experience I'm very happy 👍”

“From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted and introduced to Ben who then looked after us. He understood what we were looking for and guided us through the various car options. Arranged the test drive and we appreciated that we could get a good feel for the car and make an informed decision. At no time during the whole sale did we feel pressurised, which has occurred at some dealerships we have dealt with over the years. The day after we got the car, a Saturday, we were trying to set up Android auto and had the ignition on for a long time, our fault, but the car would not then start. A quick phone call to you pointed out the error of our ways, which we were able to rectify quickly. The more impressive thing was the call back on Monday morning to see if we had got the car started OK . From start to finish we have been very pleased with the service we have enjoyed with Burrows and hope that it is a foretaste of future dealings.”

“First time we had bought a brand new car. It was so easy, and traded in the old car. Dean was very patient and helpful at Barnsley Kia branch. The deal on the servicing was an extra, welcome bonus.”

“When we came for our test drive car wouldnt start. Part exchange wasnt a great price. When we came to collect our car after having a thorough vehicle check it had a flat battery and wouldnt start again. After having the vehicle for just a few days we had to have the AA recovery out as it wouldnt start. We also arranged with service to replace a perished rubber door seal. On the alloted day we were 5 mins from the barnsley garage who rang to say the part hadnt arrived and they couldnt fix it. So had to return home without the repair been done. Now waiting to hear back regarding when we can have it sorted.”

“What can I say ,having just had a traumatic experience with my old Toyota that I'd been driving for nearly 9 years ,when I saw saw the new car I purchased from you I was immediately tended too with courtesy and professionalism by your vely sales rep Julie.she did everything she could do for me with thoughtfulness and kindness and even sorted me a courtesy car whilst the car I'd bought was having Mot ,service and some body work sorted .10/10 for her service and she is a great asset to your team .I would highly reccomend Doncaster Toyota to family and friends and if I ever win the lottery in the near future 🤔I will e back in a flash for her to sort me a brand new car out . “I give 5stars to the team at wickersley Toyota Burrows, they know how to make to process so special and excellent. I fully understood every step in the car buying journey. And they were fully understanding of my limits, I didn't feel pushed or pressured but had the best customer service I can imagine. I would recommend them to anyone”
