“All the way through the process I was kept updated and treated in the most professional manner by Chloe. Cannot fault the service so far as a return customer who travels 30 miles to deal with someone to be trusted. Well done Burrows and well done Chloe.”

“Julie was great to deal with and answered all the quetions I had. The only downside is the Toyota app.showing the progress on my order. It never updated from when I ordered to when In received my car.I asume this is an app flaw and would appreciate an explination as to why it didnt work correctly”

“Burrows Motor Company, Rotherham are such a pleasure to deal, friendly and welcoming. Excellent service in all areas and extremely knowledgeable about the cars on sale. Evalina (sorry if spelling is wrong) was so very helpful in explaining the Toyota CHR cars available, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered coffee or tea and a biscuit, which was really nice touch. When we collected our new car on the 1st of March 2024 it was made such a special occasion for us. Evalina made sure we were satisfied with our new car and explained and showed us how to use and operate various new items. Many thanks to her, the Manager and all. We communicated by visiting Rotherham branch and telephone.”

“What a lovely place to buy a car, from the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome, that you are important to the sales person you are dealing with. apart from that all the other staff you come in contact with treat you in the same manner. “Love our Toyota cars , and the staff are always so pleasant . Disappointing because we came out without a spare key and we are still waiting. Also missing a list of mobility & Toyota useful numbers . Seemed a bit disorganised this to mg E”
