“I swapped my car after a year because it was too big. In that year the customer service has gone downhill fast. The sales assistant didn’t know what he was doing half the time. However the finance guy was excellent. Not looking forward to my next encounter. Bring back Darrel.”

“Sale of car to and from me good. After sales poor as no one checked up if all fine and issue with wheel arch agreed but nobody contacted me. I had to chase it up 6 weeks later”

“I visited Burrows Motor company to hopefully get a new vehicle. The sales rep Warren was straight to the point of how much I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. I spotted the vehicle that I was looking for went for a test drive the conversation just flowed regarding the car and what they could offer me for my old car. If you’re looking for customer service and a non nonsense routine of a sales rep I’d highly recommend this place to get your new vehicle. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.”
