“Sold me a Toyota Hilux telling me it had only 1 owner when in fact it had 2 . Had know manual for the car still waiting for locking wheel nut trading standards now involved”

“Sales process fine, sales man fine. Not happy new car had 55 miles on it and paintwork has fine scratches on as if not washed correctly.”

“We bought a Yaris cross and relied on YouTube review, unfortunately your sales representative did not explain to us what type of Yaris cross we will purchase. The car we have has no alarm,/sensor on parking, front / reverse, manual opening of back door, manual bend of side mirrors, these 3 items are not included in our car, we are so disappointed on these things,no proper orientation.”

“Dan our sales person was great, qualified our needs and helped us through the purchase from start to finish. Great service before and after buying the car. When we arrived to pick it up the car was immaculate and the service we received was brilliant. I highly recommend Burrows as their customer first approach made everything easy for us.”

“I recently bought a Yaris Cross from Burrows. This is my 7th Toyota, and my 2nd from Burrows Barnsley. I think Toyota are excellent cars, and with the advise and help from Burrows I chose the Yaris Cross and am very pleased with it.”

“Poor communication. No one ever rang me back about my new vehicle to let me know the status or whereabouts 8 months wait for it. Misunderstandings on the prices of accessories saying 1 price then when it came tried charging me more. Just a disappointing experience the whole thing. Will definitely go to a different dealer when it comes to changing in the future.”
