“I've been using Burrows Toyota for at least 12 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Their customer service, both from sales and maintenance, is second to none. I've dealt with the same sales lad for my last 5 cars. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Warrant promised but no paperwork received even after numerous phone calls. Breakdown cover promised but no paperwork or contact no for breakdown received even after numerous phone calls. Feel like we have been mislead and fobbed off.”

“I was in desperate need of a car, and would have liked to have taken it that day.. but I was told company policy was that it had to have a service and MOT.. slightly disappointed that it hadn’t had either when I picked it up as they were done in June.. so maybe I could have taken the car earlier.. On the plus side though, waiting meant they wheels were repaired.. and I rang and asked for them to be sprayed black and they did... I have an absolutely stunning car that in no way looks 6 years old it’s mint.. and I absolutely love her (pearl), so thank you 😊”

“From start to finish the service I have received has been second to none. Starting with Bob Angel who is an absolute pleasure to speak to and is always available even after a sale has completed. The aftercare team have been fantastic also with Danielle providing support to myself and all the mechanics and people from services have also been fantastic. I have recommended Burrows Toyota to a number of friends and will continue to do the same after being recommended them by my grandparents. Thank you all so so much!”
