“Excellent service throughout from Button & Sprung. Many thanks to Sophia for helping us choose the perfect combination of bedframe and mattress. The Foxtail king size Ottoman looks fabulous with existing colour scheme in our bedroom. Also a big thank you to the installation team. Not only did they help with a small technical issue, taking the old bed apart, they even moved the old bed frame to another room in the house. A swift tidy and competent installation. Many thanks indeed. We are very pleased with our beautiful new bed.”

“We recently took delivery of a king size storage bed and a Swaledale mattress and have both slept so well since! The mattress is super comfortable and we love the Barium fabric (which was surprisingly in the lead-in price range!). The only slight challenge for me is that the mattress is pretty heavy which makes it hard for me to lift up to reveal the storage space - it's no problem for my partner, but hard for my less muscley arms!”

“Write a review to get the other side of a sock. Sorry, but what a perverse ploy. If you were good enough I’d write you an excellent review. This tainted my experience where the product and service was actually good. Please give the socks to charity for those who actually need them. Mine went in the bin.”

Hello and thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I am sorry that you felt that leaving one sock (and asking for a review) seemed pushy, that is not what we want at all. We have done this now for a number of years and it is a genuine attempt to encourage people to leave reviews (good or bad), as normally, very few people write reviews (in the region of 5 to 10%). Customers tell us that they find reviews really helpful in deciding, so we wanted to provide an incentive to encourage more people to write reviews.
