“Delivery and set up was fantastic - very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. We ordered one of the largest bed frames/headboards and they checked and double checked we would have enough room to deliver to avoid any ‘on the day’ disappointment. Their service felt very bespoke and personal.”

“The bed was delivered by 2 lovely men. They took the bed up 3 floors, assembled it and took all the mess with them. The bed is wonderful- great quality and colour. Highly recommend!”

“Good communication. Great delivery service. The bed is very comfortable and my son is happy. Advised to get the softer mattress but it is softer than I was expecting. Beautifully made.”

“The sales staff in the showroom were very accommodating with our young daughter, making sure she had somewhere comfortable to sit and colour while we had a look around. There was a good choice of colours and fabrics and everything seemed well made. Ordering the bed was very easy. We took advantage of the assembly service which took no time at all. The bed is of excellent quality which is reflected in the price. My only complaint is that its so comfy I don't want to get out of it in the morning! Overall a very pleasant experience.”

“I can't speak highly enough of the service provided and product. The customer service team were so helpful when putting in our order. Delivery was on time and we are very happy with the bed. We actually bought our bed having had to return an existing bed from a major competitor of Button & Sprung and our experience of the two companies could not be more different. “Top shopping experience and a dreamy result. The showroom gave me the time, space and confidence needed to discover the best mattress for us (Teesdale) e.g. spending a bit of time lying on my side and back on different mattresses. B&S helpful in giving a list of companies that sell deeper fitted sheets for this particular choice. I can't recommend the showroom, service and delivery highly enough. Also interested to discover the lesser eco-impact of this type of mattress compared with memory foam.”
