“The showroom was excellentand staff were really knowledgable and helpful. Delivery was on time and service was friendly and efficient. The bed itself looks brilliant and mattress is extremely comfortable. Can’t fault it! Also like the sock - looking forward to the other..!”

“My bed is even more comfortable over a year on from delivery and has given me many nights of improved sleep! Also unlike most furniture deliveries the service and politeness of the staff was also excellent !”

“The perendale mattress is absolutely fantastic - the best I have ever slept on. It is firm yet allows your body to mould into it to some degree. I can honestly say that I have never had such a good night sleep in my life. I want to go to bed and read, sleep and stay in it! It is so enticing and I a glad I have got it in time for this winter. I can't recommend this product enough.”

“From the first contact by phone, and on my subsequent visit to the showroom, I found all of the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was very efficient and at the time I had requested, and I am very pleased with the end product. It looks lovely and is very comfortable.”

“Button & Sprung, a brand associates with quality of product and service. Purchased Galway mattress firm one & Foxtail bed frame. Still a believer of firm mattress better for your back. Constant comfort & luxury. Have to mention the sales lady Sophia and the guy who I haven't got the name, both super friendly and lay back style when visited showroom on a Sat. No rush. Gave me plenty of time and product info. An instant like of the brand image. Then 2 delivery guys again did a great job moving the bed frame and super king size mattress to my upstairs bedroom. It was indeed a hard work. Shoes politely removed w/o asking. Total experience matched expectation. Will no doubt recommend to all. Wish there's customer royalty program though & mattress for kids :)”

“We visited the showroom before we ordered it .The staff in the show room were so friendly and helpful. After a long search (comparing with other companies) we came back for a second visit, we bought our bed. The communication was excellent we received our bed even before the expecting date. Driver and assembling guys were super efficient. The Perendale mattress is so comfortable, makes us sleep so easily and deeply.. We highly recommend their mattress!!!”

“good website, easy to order, great communications and amenable to changes of delivery schedule. On delivery day the guys were really helpful, assembling the bed and clearing the rubbish. Would have no qualms about ordering again.”

“I liked the range of beds and frames from which to choose. (Some makers have such a plethora of options that it all seems excessive and confusing.) I chose the ‘Teesdale’, and I must say I could not be more pleased. The comfort is superb, with softness and support exactly well balanced, and I trust in the quality of the materials used. Attention and service were also impeccable: delivery was adjusted helpfully, and when the legs were discovered to have been left out of the initial delivery they were rocketed over later that same day. Wonderful.”

“We visited many bed places for sometime, then we found Button and Sprung on google. Lets give it a try, well I'm so glad we did. From the outside we were not sure what was inside, but wow!! what a fabulous experience inside. We were greeted a really friendly member of staff who was very welcoming and offered coffee on arrival. The showroom was very well presented and gave a really clear outlook of what was on offer. We browsed until we found what we were looking for and was shown a full extensive range of fabrics and allowed to roam without being followed around. We chose a couple of fabrics that we liked and then the member of staff was happy to get out large samples to see the full look. We couldn't decide straight away but left with some swatches to look at colour scheme at home. Once we choose the colour we wanted we called and the order was processed straight away. A delivery date was estimated and we were very happy. The delivery date was brought forward as they had had a cancellation which we accepted. The delivery date came and again really customer focused staff. Two great lads who delivered were polite, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Took there shoes off, assembled the bed and removed all the packaging. I have no hesitation recommending Button and Sprung to anybody else and will be the only place I will buy a bed from in the future. 100% customer service 100% quailty 100% satisfaction”

“From the moment we walked into the showroom to view the beds and test the mattresses the customer service and knowledge was excellent and most importantly, they were friendly. The delivery and delivery gents were amazing too! Highly recommend.”
