“Such fantastic service and a beautiful, wonderfully comfortable bed too. Button and Sprung went above the call of duty when I mentioned that I would have preferred different feet for the base. They wasted no time in sending someone out to change them free of charge. Don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else. They care about their products and customers!”

“The customer service at Button and Sprung is absolutely fantastic. We visited the showroom which was a great experience, the staff were so helpful and it was so informative. My mattress arrived sooner than expected and was delivered perfectly. I’d recommend Button and Sprung to everyone.”

“I love my new Button and Sprung bed! This is the third Burdock bed base I have bought from Button and Sprung. I love it’s elegant simplicity and its looks fantastic covered in their beautiful broad weave fabric (colour ‘Pigeon’). As with my previous purchases, the service was friendly and efficient, communication was great and delivery was very well managed. I highly recommend the Button and Sprung experience!”

“The in-store consultant was helpful, took the time to explain all the characteristics of each mattress and bed, allowed us plenty of time to evaluate and have our own time to make a decision. The quality of the beds and in particular the fabrics is excellent and there is a lot of choice. The overall experience in the shop was very good and we felt taken care of. The goods then arrived when described, about 6 weeks later. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very polite, took off their shoes to carry the bed and mattress upstairs and generally were very pleasant to deal with. The bed looks fantastic and durable. We went for the ottoman mechanism which is straightforward to use and feels robust. All in all, great service and products.”

“Good installers, very polite and efficient. The bed and mattress are great and looks good in our room. We went from a very firm mattress to one slightly softer which is a bit of an adjustment for me(my wife loves it) , but all good.”

“Absolutely love our new bed. Hesitated on the super king size but oh my! Would never go back to anything else now. Doesn’t look too big thanks to the super sleek upholstery. Customer service was great, straight forward and our bed arrived sooner than anticipated. Delivery team were fab (super efficient and quick) and basically we’re very happy customers.”
