“We ordered the camelia, super king ottoman and the teesedale mattress. We’re currently very happy with the product , but are only a month in. Highlights: - we went in store and thoroughly appreciated the experience received. Staff were helpful and on hand to answer our very many questions. This enabled us to try all of the various mattresses and bed options. We left with lots of material/ colour swabs to try at home. - we then placed the order a couple of weeks back, with ease. - the bed arrived about 5-6 weeks later and the team installed it in less than an hour. We were all set and ready to go! My only feedback is as follows: - once ordered, we then had to find a delivery date that worked. This felt as though it was the most difficult part of the process as it depends which part of the city you live and whether they’re delivering that day. As such, we did go back and forth a few times to find a date/ slot that worked. - the mattress does feel quite warm at night. We’re still getting used to this, but I imagine it’s because of the thickness and all the natural materials used.”

Hi Fabienne, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a detailed review. Much appreciated. I'm sorry to hear that there was a bit of back and forth regarding the delivery date. We try to make this process as smooth as possible and we aim to dedicate deliveries to different areas on different days which is quite standard delivery practice - but I will pass this feedback onto the Logistics team. Regarding sleeping warm: The natural materials in the mattress will breathe with your body and should self-regulate your temperature (as opposed to foam and synthetics which retain heat). I would ensure that your bedding and mattress protector are also made from natural materials so that they work in conjunction with the mattress. “We ordered from Button & Sprung when we were let down badly by another furniture company who failed to fulfil an order. We had not heard of Button & Sprung before, but they appeared on our google search, and we had identified an ottoman bed which we liked the look of and which met our storage needs - the Lupin. We contacted them on 23 October - they were polite, helpful, and, furthermore, confirmed that the bed would be with us before Christmas. By 25 October, we had our fabric samples and had placed our order. On 7 November, our delivery was scheduled for 6 December. Their two-man team erected the bed - hassle-free. It is a beautiful bed and we whole-heartedly recommend. Button & Sprung's approach to pricing is also refreshing - there is no stress trying to find discounts, no disappointment at having missed out on some past 'sale' price and no dread that there will be some imminent sale when you've already confirmed an order but yet to receive it - bliss!”

“Fantastic company, highly recommend. Easy to deal with from start to finish. We placed our order over the phone, all our questions were answered, and we scheduled a delivery date of our choice.
