“Absolutely made up with our Button & Sprung bed. From visiting the showroom to pick out our favourite fabric and bed type to delivery, the service has been excellent (still shocked how quickly the delivery guys put it up!). We really wanted to shop local this year and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was actually cheaper as well as much better quality than elsewhere!”

“From visiting the showroom, through ordering to delivery, every step was easy and hassle free. Great straight forward customer service and definitely not pushy. A really great quality product too. The bed frame is really solid and looks fantastic. The mattress is so comfortable. I wanted a natural product and have found exactly what I wanted with the bonus of supporting a small British company who in turn use British suppliers and local materials where possible. “We wanted a bed to last and that was an investment. We got it! It’s actually quite wonderful. It feels like a luxurious boutique hotel bed, firm Perendale king mattress is exquisitely comfortable. “Very very comfortable mattress. The ottoman is quite heavy to lift but good amount of space. Slight disappointment was a pull on the headstand which I am sure was the fault of the person putting the bed together but I noticed it late so I’m sure will not be able to prove it”

Hi Anu, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I know that my colleague has reached out to you regarding the pull you describe on the headboard, we will most definitely look into this for you. You do have to put a little bit of 'oomph' into lifting up the ottoman, which is assisted by a gas lift mechanism. They are a very sturdy product - built to last - and come complete with a ten-year guarantee :) All the best, Sophia
