“I’m very happy with my new bed! It’s comfy and I love the material of the headboard. The mattress is very comfy too. It was constructed quickly as well for me which was so helpful too. Would highly recommend!”

“So the bed is fine but we had to assemble it ourselves as it was delivered outside of the M25. Having sent three emails I’ve never heard back on my request to get instructions on how to fix the fact that the frame doesn’t fit together. But nothing. Not great.”

Hi Giles, I'm sorry that your email slipped the net on this occasion. We offer delivery and assembly service on all of our products within the U.K. mainland. We originally delivered the bed to your address within the M25, and it was requested that the bed left in the orignal packaging. The product was then later moved and assembled by yourself. I know that we arranged for your bed to be profssioinally assembled within a week of receiving your this review. “Our new Button and Sprung bed is just wonderful and has totally transformed our sleeping. Not only is it beautiful and stylish to look at, but it is incredibly comfortable and, going for the super king, means we have plenty of space to both spread out at night. I would recommend these beds to anyone!”

“Many models in the showroom, which allows you to find what you are looking for; in my case, a firm king size mattress, to the delight of my companion. The delivery time of several weeks seemed endless to us, but I understand that it takes time to make. I am satisfied. De très nombreux modèles en showroom, ce qui permet de trouver son bonheur ; dans mon cas, un matelas king size ferme, pour le plus grand bonheur de ma compagne. Le délais de livraison de plusieurs semaines nous a paru interminable, mais je comprends qu'il faille du temps pour confection. Je suis satisfait.”

“The option to get material samples and fully customised bed is a big positive and delivery time from ordering is short, especially for a custom product like this. The quality of the bed is fantastic, very solid build, solid wood under the mattress instead of slats and the fabric looks great! On delivery, the team who delivered and built the bed were in and out in 10 minutes, very impressed. Overall, highly recommended!”

“I absolutely love my Willow Superking divan and Teesdale zip and link mattress, they are soooo comfortable and feel so luxurious. The choice of beds and mattresses at Button & Sprung is amazing and the staff could not be more helpful or knowledgeable. Communication throughout was faultless and when the bed arrived the delivery team were extremely efficient and polite. The B&S team even helped me to organise disposing of my old mattress. I will definitely be buying again and also recommending them to any friends who need a bed or mattress!”

“We love our king size Camelia bed frame in Pampas. Button & Sprung have been east to deal with, with samples delivered quickly and regular updates on our order via email. The bed frame was built in no time at all and delivery guys were friendly and respectful of our property.”

“10 out of 10! Arranging delivery was easy - we had to rearrange because of a house move and it was no problem. Bed arrived and was assembled by the team in no time and they got all the pieces up my very narrow staircase and hallway without any scuffs or scratches.”
