“What a professional friendly company. We bought two beds some 18 months ago for our new house. Unfortunately, our builder went bankrupt and we only moved into our new house a couple of weeks ago. Button and Sprung (thank you Simon) happily looked after our beds until we were ready to received them. They were delivered and fitted by a efficient and helpful two man team. “We are very pleased with our bed. We were impressed with the service and the fact that it was assembled by the delivery staff. We did have some confusion over how we should settle the bill. I was led to believe I needed to pay in full in advance whereas I now believe I could have made a deposit which I would have preferred.”

Hi Christine, Thanks for leaving us a review! I'm sorry to hear that there was confusion around the payment. Usually we take payment in full. We can also (as you mention) split the payment, taking half when you place the order and remainder before we deliver. We also offer interest free credit options of 6 or 10 months for orders over £1,000. I'll investigate to see where the communication broke down at our end. All best, Sophia

“The first King size bed we bought from Button and Sprung was so good, that when we needed a bigger bed we bought exactly the same bed but in the Super King size! Thoroughly recommend them as the service was great start to finish!”

“10 out of 10 for the whole process as from our first visit to their well designed, well stocked showroom to taking delivery of our Lupin bed, topper and Teesdale mattress everything went smoothly. It took a couple of visits along with a few phone calls before we made up our minds but we're completely delighted with our bed. The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful and we particularly appreciated the lack of any sales pressure or changing special offer pricing. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“So happy with our favulpys new bed, we have had the best nights sleep since our baby was born - finally space for the three of us and a beautiful and comfortable headboard for night feeds. Very professional and helpful team during the ordering and delivery process, I can't recommend highly enough. Plus you get offered a cuppa at their showroom!”

“Excellent product and great service Thanks to all at Button and Sprung for your personal service from the showroom to the delivery and assembly of the bed frame and mattress. I had to change the delivery date on several occaisons courtesy of unreliable builders. Button and Sprung were amazingly patient and very efficient. “I eventually found Button & Sprung on the 10th page of Google but what a hidden treasure they are! I initially tried to order online but there it wouldn't go through because of my postcode. I emailed their team and they got back to me super quick, called me to place the order and sent me a handy pack to check my chosen bed would fit through our doors! They then got in touch about delivery dates and right on time they then emailed to confirm the delivery date. The installation was super quick and staff very friendly. We're chuffed we found this place and will be recommending to friends and family.”

“Fantastic service from Button & Sprung. All of the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and had good knowledge of the different bed frames and mattresses.
