“I love, love, LOVE my new bed! I searched for ages for an ottoman style bed that had the style headboard I liked. This was exactly what I wanted and is the comfiest bed in the world! Very happy.”

“Just wanted to say how delighted we are with our new kingsize Foxtail divan. We're very impressed with the quality, and the upholstering and material (grey cotton) are both beautiful. It looks great in our bedroom. Thank you for providing a five-star service at every stage of the choice, order and delivery. We've been recommending you to our friends.”

“We bought a Kingsize bed (frame and mattress) for our son last year. He is a rower and was fast outgrowing his existing bed. From start to finish the service we received from Button & Sprung was excellent and a year on our son is still delighted with his bed. Would recommend 100%.”

“Buying our mattress from Button & Sprung was brilliant and easy. The London showroom is set up to make it very easy try everything out and make a choice and the team there were amazing with us. We ordered the the Wensleydale super king size mattress which I can categorically say is the most incredible mattress my wife and I have ever slept on. Love the fact that everything is made from natural materials and manufactured in the UK and amazed at the value for money. I’d never go anywhere else now!”

“Button & Sprung have been delightful to deal with, from Asif in the showroom who was very helpful without being pushy right down to the delivery men who were very polite and assembled my Camelia bed which looks absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend B&S.”

“We initially went into the shop to look around where they were very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to understand their products. We ordered two beds from Button and Sprung, which arrived in perfect condition and they are high quality and comfortable. We had an issue with one of the headboards (not a quality issue - slight wrong size to what we ordered), but this was resolved with no fuss and they dealt with it professionally. Button and Sprung staff were friendly and informative throughout the purchase process, which was a cherry on top of their amazing beds. I recommend it to anyone!”

“We received a faultless service from the team at the showroom providing excellent advice and communication. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing mistake which meant the bed could not be assembled on the delivery date. This was quickly resolved by the Button & Sprung team and resulted in a member of their team working outside of normal working hours in order to accommodate our schedules. The quality of the bed is fabulous and we will certainly recommend them to friends and look to order another bed soon.”

“Great service all round. From going to showroom in Fulham, being able to take any fabric sample I liked, to ordering smoothly online, delivery on a day/time that suited me and great delivery team that build the bed for me and took away all the packaging. I'd recommend to anyone!”

“They have been by our side from day one, helping us to choose frames, style, fabrics and provide with precious insight. Their 100nights return policy is just amazing; we needed to use it and we ordered a new bed and it is just perfect!
