“I made an order with your company, however i did not receive the parcel. I contacted your company via email, and had no response - as i was unaware your office was closed at weekends. After finally getting in contact with a member of your staff they did the upmost to find out where my parcel was. Unfortunately we were unable to locate the parcel therefore they sent out another hair piece. The service and speed of delivery was very good. However, I was very disapointed with the quantity of hair I received. I have bought x-tensions before and received almost 3 times as much hair. Can only assume it is a different product with the same name and different packaging. Will have to go back to my original shop to get the original product in order to have enough hair for the style planned.”
