“I’m really happy with the products I buy. I’m a longtime partaker of Kratom and BKB is as good, if not better than most. I like the new packaging as well. The green Bali is fire’ it helps with pain, inflammation, and energy. To summarize, I love BKB and will continue to buy. I’ve noticed the improvements with quality as they’ve progressed. I have a chronic form of leukemia (CML) and have to take chemo capsules everyday for life-which should be a normal life span. But...chemo... “Purchased 1 bottle of Red Kratom pills (250mg) for around $42.00, which I thought was pretty good after reviewing another distributor that was asking double the cost. The only thing I couldn’t find was the quantity that I was purchasing. It sounds funny, maybe I purchased 1 pill? LOL… That would be my only complaint about their marketing, they don’t provide an easy way to see exactly what you purchased. However, their communication about my purchase is supreme because they provided tracking information, including links to follow movement. I’m finding more pros then cons when analyzing customer support.”
