“First of all, shipping was super quick! The kratom is perfect! Very consistent. I used to buy from smoke shops until I learned what a risk that can be and I learned better and used this vendor because they had the best prices of the vendors on the GMP participants list so I knew I could trust them. Even referred my mom who had been struggling to find a trustworthy vendor with a good price. Also, the fact that I could use my card and not an account and routing was a huge relief! Will never be buying from any other sources!”

“I want to be fair so I think 3/5 is accurate. The kratom came at a reasonable time but it was not labelled according to specifically what kind. One of the reasons that even popped into my mind was because when I had what I THOUGHT was white meng da, I did not get the same energetic feeling. Instead I felt more sedated and I did not enjoy that experience as much. Because there is no specifics on the package it makes me wonder if the wrong kind was accidentally delivered to me. When I called their customer service line twice, I got no response it went to voicemail. There is also a label on the package that it contains Arsenic and Lead (according California Prop 65) which was unnerving. I hope that is not the case.”

“With Kratom Krazy out of business, I settled on Kratom Bulk USA. Whatever they are doing to allow credit card transactions to go through, it seems to work. At this point, I give them 5 stars if only because I was able to easily order the product and arrived in good time. The website and ordering were straightforward enough and they are certainly legit.”
