I spoke to the company rep and they assured me that the product works as intended, but might have a cosmetic flaw. I took a leap of faith and bought the product, and .....I don't regret it. The cosmetic flaw is so minor that I barely notice it. Shipping was super fast and I'm assured there is a 12 month warranty as well.”
