I started by emailing them with questions about the product and they were quick and helpful with their responses. They told me delivery would be within a few days and it came exactly in the time stated which was great for such a large product. The TV came in perfect condition and on time and we couldn’t be happier. I recorded the opening of the box to cover any questions that could arise over damages from delivery but it was delivered in great condition. “Delivery was really quick - thank you - product was meant to be factory seconds - disappointed to find the control dials area was very dirty and must have been used so much the numbers were rubbed off 1 side of the casters wouldn't click in the grill on the underside because the grill was pushed up out of shape and the cord was also grubby and marked - heater seems to work well but I think this should have been sold as secondhand somewhat cheaper.”
