“Always hesident when buying online especially when buying high end products and spending a large amount of money, but I found what I wanted at a great price, and straight away saw a Contact number which is a major plus for me when buying online so I called the number and was surprised to be answered buy a human, not some automated press 1 2 3 and so on, I spoke to a guy called John he elayed all my fears and was very polite and assured me if the Samsun 85' was paid for withing the next 48 hours i would have delivery on the Friday, so i went to proceed to their on;ine portal to order and noticed it was only Sydney metro they delivered to, so i rang back he then told me they did deliver to the central coast and how to fill the delivery form out which i did, so last friday around 1.38 pm i got a phone call from a guy saying he was the driver and was i home as he was at the front driveway i said it's coming down buckets at the moment do you want to wait till it stops he said he and his offsider would bring it in now to my delight these guys were soaked but the box was a little wet but not damaged as its thick i was so impressed by their professionalism i would also give them 5 stars, so i open the box removed the TV screwed the stand on and pluged it in so happy with my purchse and the whole dealing with Buy Smarte i have already recommended them to a few friends”
