“Was very disappointed with the state of the delivery of my Asko dishwasher. I was told the dishwasher had carton damage, but recieved an item that looked like it had fallen off the back of a truck. I hope it works!”
“We ordered the fridge and it was delivered but it has been sitting in our carport because who they use to deliver and install claimed they could not bring it upstairs, I advise Buy Smarte that in needs to go upstairs it has now been over a week of the fridge sitting in the carport and still no installation and take away of the old fridge, when called they keep telling me the delivery company will get back to you, they have not even chasing them up still no update”
“The website and the order process was fine, the problem is the aftersale service.
I order a large monitor, everything was smooth until I realise when on with a bright colour a small scractch on the screen.
I notify immediatly via email.
At first I thought that the service was great as I received a phone call less than an 1hr later saying that someone from the department client will reply to me.
Almost 2 weeks later, still no news even after a second email!”

“The fridge was described as a factory second.
It is clearly a second hand fridge that still had food trapped in between the clear plastic drawers and their white covers and it had a bad odour, we spent hours cleaning it. There is also a small rectangular "Taste Guard" cover that keeps falling off that someone has attempted to fix with sticky tape. I was expecting a brand new fridge with a bit of external cosmetic damage, not one that was used and still had food and a bad smell in it. Calling it a factory second is misleading.”
“Got a text saying TV would be delivered on Friday and it will require signature. On Wednesday while at work I get text saying it will be arriving that day, that they waived the required signature, and they'd leave a 75 inch TV in a secure location on a wet day. I raced home with the TV arriving 30 minutes after getting home. The single delivery driver was reluctant to help me drag the TV through the doorway. Against company policy apparently. Cost me close to $200 in delivery fees. Pretty disappointing experience.”
“The product was fine - but the installation was poor. They did not balance the machine or remove the bolts at the back of the washing machine, which is critical for the machine to work. I had to have an independent handyman come to the house to fix it and balance it. They simply unpacked it and plugged it into the PowerPoint and connected the hose.
I paid for the removal of the packaging, yet they said I hadn't- after a debate over the phone with the driver, he did come back and pick up the packaging; this could have been avoided if the customer invoice aligned with the delivery instructions. Price was excellent”
“The TV arrived as ordered. However, it was the when and how of arriving that was not so good. I chose BuySmarte because it claimed 99% of deliveries would arrive the same day or the next day. Living in the third biggest city in Australia and having ordered a standard, popular TV, I had faith that this would be the case. The TV arrived on the 5th day after ordering and this was an issue because we were in isolation and our current TV wasn't working anymore. Also, I was told I would receive an email and/or a text message before it was going to be delivered. Instead, I heard some shuffling at the door and opened it find my new TV had arrived. What if I was back at work? On the policy it says someone has to receive it and if no one is home they will deliver it another day at extra cost. Disappointing. Was I the 1%?”

I would like to clarify that our website advertises that 99% of Orders dispatch Same day or Next day. We received your order at 1PM on the 24th of March and it was dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Sydney. Your order was delivered 3 business days later to your location in Queensland.
