“I bought Buckingham Palace State Rooms Tour for Two and Reubens Afternoon Tea (a package). I am still waiting to get my tour booked for Buckingham Palace. The link was broken and I was in touch with Customer Service and I am still waiting!!!!
I will never book with you again. In fact if I knew I would have had this trouble (and I am still waiting!!!) I wouldn't have booked this experience in the first place.

“I paid for a £60 Champagne afternoon tea for 2 and I've received a £25 Afternoon tea for 2 voucher in a totally different place. My voucher is probably already received by the person who was supposed to get this one. I did emailed buyagift twice since then and no reply. I am still waiting for you to sort this out. Otherwise a refund or I'll keep emailing and calling and find your office until I get what I paid for.”
“Got a hotel for two voucher for myself and a friend . ( both mature ladies) couldn’t get in a twin room within two hours of Leeds as all had double beds . A couple told us they were no longer on buy a gift and most were full when we mentioned buy a gift . A waste of money for us .”
“I bought 2 lots of theatre tickets in order to buy lion king tickets. When I came to redeem I would’ve had to pay £90+ extra per pair of tickets ontop if the £100+ cost I’d paid. This was far more than buying online not discounted as led to believe. I would like my money back.”
“The package I purchased on Buyagift turned out to be something different, far less interesting, when I contacted the experience provider to book a date and time. The package sold by Buyagift (as something else) was actually available on the provider's website for cheaper. Asking for a refund.”
“Bought champagne afternoon tea for my birthday while on holiday. But the hotel we wanted on our holiday location Dorset on the site is closed for 2 months having renovations done. BuyAgift should have known this and not advertised it. Very disappointed.”
“Bought the 2 Night Luxury Getaway voucher. Very small selection of hotels to choose from once you attempt to book. Many hotels shown in the booklet have virtually no availability and also cost a large amount extra to book (often over £200 or £300 extra). Booking interface makes it impossible to see when there actually is availability (I expect on purpose). One would be much better off just buying a booking.com voucher.”

“Bought an experience on 1st Feb, tried to redeem it on the 4th only to be told that the experience was no longer being offered (yet it’s still for sale) requested a refund as this was a gift. Somewhat misleading and I probably won’t buy from you again.”

“The voucher we brought for junior car experience was not available at many of the locations that were advertised. This was not known until voucher was brought and we tried to use. Disappointing.”

“Do not expect your voucher to cover any date for the price you have paid. They sell you a voucher and whilst you accept that you may have to play around with dates for availability you don't expect to have to pay another £200-400 for the weekend. My voucher was specifically for a weekend break and had expiry til 29 Nov 22. No weekend dates at all on any weekend without paying a minimum of £200 more- Absolute Con artists
There excuse was "that they had recently integrated a live booking system to their website. Many of the new hotels included have additional fees to them because the full value of the voucher does not cover the cost. As the booking system is live prices do fluctuate" They then tried to tell me at the additional prices quoted they were doing me a favour as it was more expensive to book elsewhere.
