“Excellent, fast service. Just a couple of points for improvement:
1) I wanted to order a dozen of one product. The drop-down option only went up to 5, so I had to order in batches.
2) Had a problem getting you to take my money as you did not accept my verification! I phoned my bank, and they said there was no reason why I should not be able to pay. It turned out, they had an obsolete mobile telephone number for me. All sorted eventually. Could more options for verification be offered? Your customer services lady, Nicola B was excellent - very helpful. I would have no hesitation in using your company again. Joy P.”
