“Bought an E-voucher for my daughter whose birthday is in two days time. The voucher was sent to me instead of sending it to her email. Tried to contact buy a gift through chat and it was useless. I was never informed if the voucher was emailed to her or not. Moreover there is not phone number to call. Sadly I was extremely disappointed as it was recommended to me.”
