“Very happy easy to use website. Lots of choices and can even do a choose your own voucher for people as gifts.
I did find that original pricing was more than the hotel’s website ie spa day £180 our voucher £120 when infact it was 138 on hotel’s website with no offers, this is why 4 stars not 5stars I still saved £18.”

Great company to deal with, very helpful and sort out any problems over the phone very efficiently. Would recommend them to anybody. Also were great in giving me a refund during 1st Covid lockdown.”

“I gave a 4 star because I rang customer service for 3 weeks at different times of the day and even at 9 o'clock in the morning there was at least one hour wait I never got to speak to anyone yet. I have managed to sort it hopefully”
