“Absolutely first class service! Ordered on Easter Sunday - including bespoke engraving design & engraving message & flask received by Wednesday. Super fast delivery, quality of product excellent and presentation is beautiful. This was ordered for a special occasion gift & recipient was delighted as am I. “The service provided was excellent - cannot be faulted in any way. The staff were very accommodating as to engraving my purchased hipflask (which would not have otherwise have been available as it was to be delivered direct from the manufacturer) and made it exactly to my specifications. I am extremely pleased with the result.”
