“I've received this email, asking for a review, and haven't received the goods, I've tried to look for a customer service telephone number, and there doesn't seem to be one, I'm not at all satisfied at the moment, I paid via pay pal, so I'm sure I can take it up with them”

“I normally use Buyallmeans to purchase treats for my two dogs. However, I have just purchased Pond Filter Stones for my marine aquarium, as recommended by my local marine fish shop. I use Buyallmeans because their service is outstanding and always respond speedily to my request. I recommend Buyallmeans to anyone who wants superb customer service and a very speedy response.”

“I bought a fish tank that, after a few weeks, developed serious cracks, some of which were starting to leak. After initially receiving an automated email promising a refund, Buyallmeans then reneged on this promise. No further comms were received from them. I opened a Paypal dispute, was forced to return the item at my own expense and eventually received a refund from Paypal. This company is an absolute shambles, not got giving any consideration or service to it's customers. Caveat emptor.”
