“Lucky to get one star - that is for finally refunding me for an item that they allegedly sent twice but never turned up! Blamed their courier. Will never bother with this company again, since dealt with a company who value my business and act fast.”

“Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from them. Never received the item that I ordered a month ago and no response to the 2 emails I have sent. I'm just going g to keep asking on Facebook!!!”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all they never sent my item when they said they would... ( eBay lets you know when the item has been posted) After messaging them I had no response until they saw I had given them feed back. The reply to my message was everything but sincere. I'd say rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Only took them OVER 3 weeks to send my item... let's see if it actually comes. AVOID at all costs... Unless you have plenty of time but even then from these reviews I can see the ones that haven't been wrote by them themselves. Show the quality is as good as their service... and let's be honest what a load of shit that is!”

“Wrong item sent. No apology or offer to exchange for the correct item, no contact at all. I had to go through ebay to get a refund. I have bought from this seller before but will never use them again.”

“Awful dispatch time. Only dispatched on date of delivery. Do they not realize people are waiting for their items. Took two weeks to deliver an item. Had i known this i would not have purchased from them.”

“The despatch was very quick and I was most impressed that the harness came with a good quality long lead. The price was also very, very reasonable. The item was as described and fit my dog perfectly. He no longer pulls and walks well on the lead.”

“I have just opened the tank that waf inally devilverd on thursay and ii si smashed into pieces I can onlu assume that it was broken before packed as the packaging wa really good I am so unhappy about this I obviously need to send this back and need to be advised how I get my money back what a disapointment”
