“I am returning the item as it doesn't match the measurement I expected. The description says it is a 45cm dog bed but the inside measures 40cm and the outside approx 50cm. This is not the fault of the company but the manufacturers I guess.”

“Order arrived promptly, however one of the cat toys was broken due to the flimsy packaging. The company quickly offered a refund or replacement and their customer service was excellent.”

“Placed an order on Monday for delivery next day . This was done before there advertised cut off time . Nothing was delivered on the Tuesday. I got in contact with them to see what's happening - I was told it was due for dispatch on the Tuesday . I never received any shipping email. On the Wednesday I contacted them twice and had no reply. Wednesday evening I received a automated your product has been shipped email. It is now Thursday and still no delivery . I contacted them again to be told they would refund my postage and they provided a tracking reference for my shipment . Having looked at this the shipping company have not even collected my item. I then contacted them again and have since had no reply at all . Tomorrow is Friday and still waiting for my order . Not impressed and the communication is poor and lacking basic customer service”

“Excellent service! I ordered my Hurtta dog jacket on Tuesday and it arrive by Friday ready for the weekend. Henry our dog looks great in it. The quality of the jacket is the best I've come across, it' looks and feels as though it will stand up to Henry's dirty antics.”

“I purchased a Hurtta Winter jacket for my dog. It was the best price around and it was delivered very quickly and I was keep informed of its progress the whole way. Very impressed with the service all round and would definitely purchase goods from Buyallmeans in the future.”

“I LOVE this website for my pet things. It's cheaper than anywhere else, with free delivery and 10% off vouchers. Delivery isn't the quickest, but i was in no hurry anyway. Highly recommended!!!”
