“Good service, really quick delivery of purchases,the byallmeans site is fairly easy to navigate ( so even duffers like me can order stuff with minimum of hassle. I also like the fact that prices aren't OTT. Though I wish there was a phone number so I could order stuff from home on the occasions when I can't get to a computer or I need personal help ( I find someone I can talk to at the end of a phone somehow reassuring”

“What a brilliant coat, the best my dog's had for fit as she isn't standard coat shaped, plus she's warm in it but no rain yet so haven't tested the waterproof part. Unlike her other coats this one stays in place and doesn't slip down one side even though I'm not using the leg elastics as they pull too tightly and are obviously uncomfortable. The raspberry one is such a success I ordered a maroon one for her Christmas present and like the first it arrived very quickly so 10/10.”

“The medium size was too small for my Springer Spaniel, although you said that would be the right size for him. So I am returning it to you for exchange to large size”

“The cheapest price including postage I've found on the net, when you use their customer discount code. The postage was free for me too. Delivery was very quick, within 4 days of ordering. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”
