“Arrived punctually. Good quality but smaller than I was hoping but as described (it just that like most men I hoped an inch and a half appeared bigger) but goods were fit for purpose as a symbolic hands across water with some new Canadian friends. Nice design.”

“Very helpful when my first choice was no longer available from the supplier. Answered my e-mails promptly and my final choice arrived exactly as stated. As this was for a birthday in a few days time you advised me that one of my choices would take 10 days to arrive and thereby missing my required date.”

“I already wrote a review on the website, but I will repeat. I was very pleased with the merchandise. It was very high quality pewter and beautiful engraving. It took less than a week from ordering to receive it in the US. Great service. Would highly recommend.”

“Item and service very satisfactory - bought as a wedding present to go to America. Quaich is a lovely design, but the picture hardly did it justice. I had expected the inscription to be round the rim not across the bottom of the bowl, but the engraving is excellent, so we can leave it as it is. The web site is not the most user friendly - finding a way back to the Paisley pattern required remembering which others were on the same pasge.”

“Very easy to order, with a choice of styles for personal engraving. I was impressed that before completing my order, I was contacted with advice on how to make my message even better, rather than being sent something that would not have looked right. I adjusted my wording accordingly. The order was completed and despatched very quickly and I am very pleased. It was packaged very well. As this Quaich will be part of our wedding ceremony and then our keepsake of the day, I am very pleased with it.”

“Customer service first-rate, offering helpful interactive chat on the website which steered me in the right direction. Under pressure to buy and receive the quaich, engraved, by a certain date, the order was placed on a Wed night and delivered on Fri morning. Very impressed with the courtesy and promptness of this company. I would definitely recommend them.”

“When I first made enquiries concerning my purchase Sandy in the Sales Department could not have been more helpful.So much so that on taking advice from her I was able to make my purchase there and then.I have received the product as per my order and can honestly say I was not disappointed.In fact I would not hesitate to make recommendations.Thanks to Sandy and to everyone else involved I am truly delighted.I only hope that my nephew and his bride like.I am sure they will.Well done Sandy and everyone else involved.”

“Found this site in amongst the others and it was so easy to use, I did have one query but that was quickly sorted out using the "chat" facility. Judging by the reaction of the person I sent the quaich to it was a really good product, he was yelling his thanks to me down the phone.”

“Fantastic customer service!!! Due to a mix up the gift was ordered 24hrs before we needed to present it. the team managed to get it engraved and delivered with in the timeframe. We LOVED the script writing and the quaich - fantastic quality. Would use again.”
