“Great website, also called and emailed customer service prior to ordering due to the urgency of my order. At all stages the service was fantastic and within 5 hours I had collected a customised engraved quaich for a wedding gift. the product exceeded all expectations and the couple were delighted with their gift. “Historical quaich make excellent gifts. I bought mine to give to my Dutch friend as a symbol of our friendship. It's an unusual gift for special occasions. I usually buy from an Edinburgh shop so this is the first time I bought on line & will be buying another for my friends daughters 21st. Very pleased with purchase.”

“My order arrived in great shape after traveling 9,600 kilometers to get to me. (Scotland to England to the US to Canada) It would have arrived within 8 calendar days if not interrupted by the Labour Day weekend. It arrived on the Tuesday following the weekend and well ahead of when I needed it. The product quality is fabulous and the price is right. My only niggling issue was a phone call from Fed Ex looking for payment of Duty and taxes amounting to 25% of the cost of the product that I was not expecting. A note to the vendor that international shipments to Canada might require additional payment directly to the shipper in addition to the shipping cost paid to the vendor.”

I am sorry to hear that the customs and import charges came as a bit of a surprise, I am afraid to say that we do not have any influences over these charges at all and they really can vary quite a lot depending on the value of the package being sent. “I needed a quaich for a wedding gift but was shopping from the US. I sent an email over the weekend and got a response right away on Monday. We swapped another email or two to confirm the gift - with engraving! - could arrive on time in England, and they took care of it from there. In just a few days (!) I got an email from my sister letting me know the package arrived and that she had checked it out and it looked terrific. Thank you!!”

“It was lighted in weight than expected and I was surprised that the jiffy bag was just sealed more securely. Just a glued flap which almost fell apart on opening. The Post Office did not tamper with it but it was the wrapping was a bit tenuous I thought. The engraving was great thank you. Well done - the girls on the 'phone were very helpful. Thanks Anthony”

“The service was excellent and, having made a mistake with my original order I was able to phone up and cancel it and then re-order with no problems. I was then very pleased with the quality of the Quaich which arrived within a couple of days and my husband was thrilled with it as an anniversary gift. Highly recommended!”

“I am very pleased with all aspects of the quaichs - both quality and delivery service My only comment is that the font size on the engraving was different - smaller on the Bonnie Prince Charlie. I think the larger is better but as they are not going to the same place - one to Brighton and the other to Holland it is not a big thing Lovely quality.”
