“This is a Scottish Custom, I am Scottish ,my son is getting married end November and I will be gifting the Quaich to him, as is the custom. This particular item I am extremely impressed with, its style,design, quality and price. It is a superb gift and a superb example of Scottish workmanship, I am proud to offer this to my son.”

“Unfortunately despite a very helpful assistant, and two different quaich's being delivered, neither have been up to standard. Had to return them both. Very disappointed.”

Hi Edith, I'm sorry to hear there were problems with your order. We've not had problems with silver quaichs until now so have taken this up with the manufacturer. Our speciality is pewter and are usually faultless and we'll be working with them to ensure the silver is to that same high standard. Apologies again. ~Rach

“Bought a thistle handled Quaich for a 21st Birthday gift with an engraved message and my nephew was really surprised and pleased with his distinctive and exclusive piece of Scottish traditional drink ware. “Absolutely first class service. The responses to my emails were swift and helpful. The quaich itself is just like I had pictured. I had ordered a quaich with an intricate design in the bowl and the finished product is so detailed, it has captured the logo perfectly. The quaich itself arrived within days of placing the order which was an unbelievably fast turnaround. Unfortunately when it arrived there was a small scratch on the inside of the bowl. However the staff were very helpful and arranged a replacement to be sent out straight away with no fuss. All I had to do was pop the quaich back in it's box and print off the free returns label. In fact the replacement arrived before I had a chance to post the original back. Overall a five star service, I cannot fault them at any stage of the process. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone.”

“I ordered the Quaich as a last minute gift to be delivered by Express Delivery the next day. It arrived well within the 24 hours and was beautifully boxed and presented. “I'm extremely pleased with my Quaich, however I feel the packaging could be much improved. The quaich arrived in a box which was completely bare inside and the lid didn't fit too well. This is a christening gift for my granddaughter and I will now have to get tissue paper to line the box and make it look more like a special gift. I wouldn't have objected to paying a bit more for a nicer box.”

“First off thank you for getting the quaich to me so fast!! It was for a friend's birthday & couldn't believe it arrived less than 40 from when I ordered it!
