“The first quaiche had to be returned because of a defect, and the second perfect one arrived within 48hrs, before I had even posted the other one back. Very helpful contact with David, both prior to purchase via message service, and phone for exchange.”

“fabulous service the quaich is beautiful really nice quality and the engraving is perfect..I had chosen a different font and was contacted by email with the font Id chosen and an other of similar style but which fitted the center bowl better..it is absolutely perfect. I cant thank them enough. prices are so good too. would highly reccomend”

“I ordered the quaich on 30th May and they arrived in USA 9th June. They are beautiful and great quality. I like to keep my Scottish roots alive when gifting to friends and have struggled to find quality gifts. Looks like I have found the perfect company.
