“I ordered a Quaich to be engraved with my own design late Thursday afternoon. I telephoned after placing the order because I realised I had probably left it too late for engraving if I wanted it befor Christmas. Rachel was so helpful, she spoke to the workshop people and called me back five minutes later to say they would get it done for me. I'm astounded that it has arrived first thing Monday morning and looks wonderful! Great personal service! Going the extra mile! A human being on the end of the phone! Beautiful product! Prompt delivery! What more could you ask? Pity the highest I can give is 5 stars I would certainly put it higher! it makes me proud to be Scottish! To everyone at Buyaquaich, have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year!”

“Very happy with the quaich and the service was great. Had a slight mishap with our order but did everything in their power to make sure we got what we needed in the time allowed (which was short). The Quaich itself is very nice and great for a wedding gift! Thanks”

“I ordered a quaich to be engraved for my daughter's graduation from a Scottish university. I ordered 3 lines of engraving and I wasn't sure how large/small this would look, it would be nice to have an idea on the web... What your order could look like. It arrived within days and I am very happy with it. Now thinking I will order a second engraved one for a wedding gift. Good service.”
