“Thanks so much for your wonderful attention to our purchase. It arrived in perfect condition the engraving if perfection and the quaich is magnificent. Posted within hours of our order and arrived well within a week to Australia. Again thanks we simply love it. This is our second quaich for a Christening gift to our second Grandson.”

“Good quality product if a little expensive. Arrived very quickly, was packaged nicely and looks good. Engraving looks nice but in a very small font. Overall I was pleased with the product and service.”

Thanks Linda for your 5 star review. I do hope the engraving didn't detract from the lovely quaich. It' worth noting that the more engraving there is the smaller the text becomes which I think happened in this case. ~Rach

“Bought this as a house warming gift for my son and his partner. It seemed appropriate, the cup of friendship, to welcome visitors to their new home. I was very pleased with the quality of the item, though I was a little disappointed in the box, and the thin foam wrapped round the cup. I know I didn't pay foe a presentation box, but I do think tissue paper would have looked nicer. I agree, this is a personal preference. Delivery, and communication were both excellent. Thank you.”

Hi Ruth, We are so pleased to hear that you are happy with the quaich you have ordered. What a lovely thoughtful house warming present! I'm so sorry that you were not too impressed with the packaging the order came in, they are wrapped in protective wrap before they are popped in the box. This is really more for security in the post rather than presentation but hopefully you will think of us again in the future, we do have lovely silk lined presentation boxes you add to the order for just £10. - Sam

“Delighted with the silver quaich and with the very prompt delivery. I will definiately use this company again. My only disapointment was the engravng. The style and font (Stonehendge) was well positioned but size of the text was too small. This made it very difficult to read, the bowl had to be jiggled about in order to focus on the text Otherwise a really lovely object which the recipients obviously appreciated. CARLISLE.”

“A bit disappointed at the size of the engraving but no time to return and get another one sent to Australia, but otherwise really good. Box was bashed when arrived but that would be the post - Royal mail or Australia post!!!!”

Hi Jennifer, What a shame to hear that the order arrived with a bit of a bump! I do hope the quaich is still in one piece! We do leave the size of the text up to the discretion of the engraver so he can size this appropriate to the amount of same there is available. I really hope that you will think of us again in the future. It is possible to add instructions to our engraver on size or placement of the engraving message. “Bought this Quaich as a gift for a lady. I thought it looked quite femenine with the red heart shaped handles. It is just perfect thank you. The recipient has not yet received it, but I am sure that she will love it as much as I do.”
