“Could not fault the service - order taken by a very polite efficient young lady - thank you. It has arrived and I am delighted with it - only tiny thing I'd put a little more packing in the box if you can - I have added tissue paper. Thanks again it is lovely. Kind regards Eve”

“The Quaich is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my cousin's wedding as a gift and to use during the One Cup Ceremony. I am, however, disappointed with the gift box. It was crushed during delivery. I highly recommend this company.”

Hi Danna, We are so pleased that you are happy with your quaich, the One Cup Ceremony is a beautiful tradition and to do that with the custom made clan crest quaich you selected makes it so much more special. Its such a shame that the box the quaich arrived in was squashed though, if it will help at all I would be happy for a replacement to be sent out to you? ~ Sam

“I have bought quaichs previously and have always been really pleased . Initially with this order I was a bit disappointed that one of my ordered items wasnt available despite showing that it was , but after communication with people there who were extremely helpful , who helped me to substitute another item , I then received the full order very promptly . I would like to thank those that helped me with this for their understanding and efficient resolution of the problem . It was much appreciated as these are gifts for some colleagues .”
